Personal data is collected by the controller, in this case Transtema Group AB, (Transtema), Flöjelbergsgatan 12, 431 37 Mölndal, Sweden.
In order for the processing of personal data to be legal, it is required that it is necessary (1) to fulfill the agreement with you, (2) to fulfill a legal obligation for Transtema, 3) after a balance of interest or (4) after you have given your consent to the treatment in question. Below follows a description of the legal basis we have for data processing in various situations.
We process data to identify you as a customer or user, to manage and deliver orders according to your agreement, to charge you for the services you use, to manage your invoices and payments, to correct errors and handle other incidents as well as to handle complaints and reclamations.
We process your personal data in connection with other communication with you, e.g. when we send information about you and are in contact with you about questions regarding our services.
We process data to develop and manage our business, our services and our processes. For this purpose, we may also prepare statistics for the need of analysis.
We process various types of data in order to be able to market our products and services directly to you. You get it via e.g. letter, telephone, SMS and e-mail. For this purpose, we can also prepare statistics for the need of analysis.
We process data for the purpose of fulfilling our statutory obligations, e.g. those specified in the Accounting Act.
Customer data is information that is linked to your service – e.g. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, social security number. There may also be information about which services you have and how you use them, orders and other information that you provided during your contacts with us.
We collect and process data that you provide yourself when you become a customer with us and when you communicate with us – e.g. when you sign an agreement or contact us for information.
We never store data longer than we need. Some data is deleted immediately, other is stored for different lengths of time depending on what the data will be used for and our obligations according to the law. Personal data is always deleted in a proper manner.
Customer data is stored as long as you are a customer of Transtema and then no later than 24 months after the contractual relationship ends. Exceptions apply to documents that must be stored by law, such as the Accounting Act. When a warranty is provided, all information relevant to warranty claims is stored for the duration of the warranty’s validity.
We may disclose your personal data to subcontractors and other companies that process data on our behalf. In various areas, we hire suppliers to be able to deliver our services. This means that they also need certain information about you as a customer. However, these parties cannot use data about you for purposes other than providing the service or on the terms we specify.
As a registered user, you have the right at any time to request the correction of incorrect information or change the personal information you have provided. You also have the right to see what personal data we have registered about you. You do this by requesting a so-called extract from the Register.
If we process your personal data on the legal basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw your continued consent to future processing at any time. You have the right to oppose processing that we carry out based on a balance of interests.
Under certain circumstances, you have the right to have your personal data deleted. However, this does not apply if, for example, we are obliged by law to store the data. You may also have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted. However, if you request that the processing of your data be restricted, it may mean that we cannot fulfil some of our obligations towards you during the time that the processing is restricted.
In the event that you wish to move your data from us, you also have the right to receive a copy of the personal data collected about you in a structured, machine-readable format (right to data portability). This right only covers information that you yourself have shared with us.
You have the right to submit a complaint about Transtema’s processing of your personal data to the Swedish Data Protection Authority/Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection
